Thank you for shopping with Emily Hope Jewelry. Every piece is made with intention, care, and attention to detail. Below is our full shipping policy so you know exactly what to expect.

Processing Times

Each item is made to order unless otherwise stated.

  • Stock items: Ship within 2–5 business days.
  • Custom pieces: Processing time varies by design and production schedule. Most custom orders ship within 6-8 weeks.
  • You will receive email updates throughout the process, including a tracking number once your order ships.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

 

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer secure, trackable shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (US): 1–3 business days- may incur additional charge. 
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by location)- May incur additional charge. 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and preferred method.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

 

Shipping Insurance

All shipments are fully insured and will include signature confirmation unless otherwise requested or stated.

If you prefer your package not to require a signature, please note that Emily Hope Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

 

Incorrect Addresses

 

Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.

Emily Hope Jewelry is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

If you need an address update, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.


 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.

If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier directly.


We will always do our best to help, but we cannot replace items that were marked delivered.


 

 

International Duties & Taxes

 

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
